Breakfast in bed (days of sleeping in)
IMG_6139(red)

Yesterday was that kind of day when school starts at 1pm and not 8am, and I tried out new juice machine for the second time!

I juiced a lot of fruits and veggies for this one, that ultimately turned out a nice orange colour. I think (I may forget something) that I had: 1 apple, 1 orange, 1/2 lemon, 1/4 pineapple (kinda big one), 30-somtehing green grapes, 1 celery stick, and 1 carrot. All of that made like 600ml of juice all in all!

And a few days ago I bought the years' first tulips! They had a deal in our local store, and I took it, so they were like.. 20 SEK cheaper perhaps? A great price anyway.

So I chilled for a few hours with my hard bread sandwiches with gouda cheese, and my fresh pressed juice, some PLL episodes on Netflix and then I rushed to get ready to meet a friend for lunch before a long lecture. We actually ended up skipping half of it, but the first half was really great! (They switched teacher halfway through to one we've had before, she makes great power points, but she's not a very good speaker..)

Then a bunch of us went to Espresso House to fika, and sat there for two hours instead! Time well spent, since we're about to not see each other for four (4!) weeks, due to internships at our kindergartens. Don't even know if that's a thing in English, but we're studying to become pre-school teachers!

Porter magazine and a Froosh
IMG_6002(red920)

So I had a "day off" from school yesterday, which mostly meant that the schedule said no lectures, seminars or anything else I needed to attend. And this time that meant a magazine I bought a couple of days ago and a fruit smoothie with mango and oranges. At one point I also painted my nails in a new nail polish with lots and lots of silvery glitter, and put on some hand cream to treat my hands as well as my mind.

Today it's back to school again, but at least we don't start until 1 pm. We have a lecture and then we have some group talk thing with our new groups - which by the way gave me some extra luck since I got the dream team! As far as I know it's me and four friends that I've worked well with so far, and that's really calming. We'll see what happens.

This year started out great, and it seems like it will continue to be a great year. I'll keep you posted on what happens!

Blooming
IMG_6938(red)

//Malmö is in full bloom, and I love it! There's still too few bushy trees with fluffy flowers, but at least there are some cherry trees!

What else? I'm eating a lot of ice cream in the sun, studying a whole lot, and learning more German every day. My mon was here this weekend and hung out with us, mostly outside. We played some board games and enjoyed the sunshine.

And as you know, you can check out my other blog here for more updates!

Sunny Days and Ice Cream Premiere!
IMG_6874(red900)

//The sunny days here in Malmö seems to behave like a roller coaster, but this Friday the weather was perfect! I went to school (at least I thought so) only to notice that the lesson was 10-12 am, and I missed it. So I went back to the central station in Lund, and guess what? All train traffic stopped due to people on the tracks. So I bought a few magazines (two in German for practice, and a favourite in English, I'll show you later), and I went by bus to meet up Eric and go home.

We took a walk in Pildammsparken and ate some ice cream, and we could walk around without jackets and the sun was shining as it only does in spring. With a ruthlessly bright light, and you almost get burned from a few hours of sunlight. Now it rains most of the evenings, but I hope for better weather this weekend as my mom comes for a visit!

Babysitting
IMG_6429(red800)

//A lot of this lately, for me and my boyfriend. Babysitting, that is. On the picture is a one year old boy, who's also my boyfriends cousin. At first we watched them at their house in Eslöv, but now we are babysitting at my boyfriends parents home in Falkenberg. A lot of work with two kids, with one of them being an energetic four year old with a big imagination, but also a lot of fun! Good practice, as well, if I get into what I want for this autumn!
