Recipe: Breakfast Juice

So this is a quick recipe for you guys! I recently invested in a quite cheap version of a juicer, and that means I've been juicing a lot!

I didn't think I would love it as much as I do, and even if I've just had it for two weeks or so, I've been trying a few combinations! That means I've found a favorite already, and that is what I would like to share with you today.

You'll need:
2 apples
1 orange
1 big celery stick
1 big carrot
1/2 lemon

Cut the peel off of the orange and lemon, so that there's no white left. Cut the apple in 4 or 8 pieces and take away the middle part with the seeds. Peel the carrot and chop off the end where the carrot is attached to the leaves, and then prep the celery stick and take away any brown parts.

Start with the carrot, then the celery stick, the apple, the lemon and then the orange, and put them in the juicer one at a time, or what your juicer can take really. They're all different, so read before you do this.

Then swirl around a bit in the juice container before pouring it in a tall glass or a bottle to take with you!


And that's that with that! The simple, yet extremely tasty breakfast juice with lots and lots of great things in it! I try to do this at least a few days a week, and it's really a great way to start my morning, since it's kind of filling with the vegetables in it.
