Recipe: Rosemary Roasted Almonds

I found this recipe over at A Beautiful Mess, and I decided to try it. I've changed some measurements though, so I will share the recipe with the measurements that I used!

You Need


1/2 cup Almonds (2 dl)
2-3 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
1/2 tbsp of sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil


Put your oven at 350° Fahrenheit or 175° Celsius, and while it's warming up, chop your rosemary. Mix it together with the almonds, sea salt and oil. When the oven is ready, pour the almond mixture on a lined baking tray and roast for about 15 minutes, stirring the almonds for about every 5 minutes.

Let them cool completely before eating them, cause as it says in the ABM recipe, they're kinda chewy when not cooled.

This is the perfect healthy snack for Saturday nights in, if that's your deal. Otherwise, I think that mixing these with some great dark chocolate could be really tasty, or even some chocolate covered raisins!?
